This was from a local spot in Okinawa. Sesame seed flavored with a traditional okinawan style broth. but different than oki-soba.
in tokyo, at 5am. spicy black sesame ramen. possibly the most delicious ramen I've had yet.
in nara, 11:15am after drinking a lot of sake at a tasting the hour before. Miso flavored. notice the spicy miso meat paste in the back to the left of the kimchi. tasty, but i've had better.
